Introduction:

With the beginning of the academic year 2009 / 2010 and from the vision of Al-Quds University that aims to excellence in learning and achievement, the university started in the adoption of a new method to strengthen and improve the teaching process at the university, by applying the e-learning system (Blended learning) on some courses at the university.

Moreover, for supporting this trend Al-Quds University created the E-learning Unit at the IT Center on Excellence.

Department Tasks:

• Provide full support for the users of the E-learning System.
• Help the instructors in developing online courses.
• Help the instructors in using ICT tools.
• Help the instructors in merging multimedia content at their E-Courses.
• Provide the needed training for the staff and the students at Al-Quds University on using the E-learning System.
• Generate reports about the E-learning process at Al-Quds University.
